Section 31
No one other than a bank or financial institution shall conduct banking and financial transactions
(1) No one other than a bank or financial institution that has obtained a license to conduct banking and financial transactions in accordance with section 34 shall be allowed to conduct banking and financial transactions in accordance with this Act.
